Summary: We stayed at this home in Davie for nearly two months and had a great overall experience. The house is very well maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in an open and quiet neighborhood, with access to a pool, jacuzzi, and a playground — great amenities for families.There are a few areas that could be improved. The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft and uncomfortable for us. The indoor A/C unit was extremely noisy, to the point that we had to keep doors closed to be able to sleep.One important concern was the security cameras: while we understand the need for exterior surveillance, there were cameras even in the private backyard, which made us feel watched and uncomfortable spending time outside.During the first few days, we had an issue with the fire alarm going off by itself every 12 hours. Thankfully, the host responded quickly and resolved the issue.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a few adjustments, this property could be even more comfortable.
